When will my order ship?

Orders normally ship the week following the release date barring unforeseen circumstances.

How will my order be packaged?

Each game will be shipped in a box to ensure safe delivery. Other merchandise will be packaged based on the item(s) and quantity.

Can I cancel my order?

All sales are considered final.

Can I request a certain game be made available?

From time to time, we will post polls on social media to gather information about what our customers would like to see from us. You may also reach out to us through social media and here on the site through our Contact Form.

Can you make me an exact replica of [insert game here]?

No, never going to happen.  All of our releases will be very much different in design and artwork and will be identified as a Retro Limited release.

How are your releases made?

All of our releases are made from all new components. No carts are harmed in the process. Nothing is duplicated from the original. All new artwork and design are used.

How are your releases handled?

A set date and time is determined for each release.  I countdown timer will be added to the product page about a week before the release.  When the countdown timer reaches zero, the website MUST be reloaded for the Add to Cart button to appear.

Why are the quantities so low?  Make more you jerks!

The majority of the work is done by a limited few with lives, full-time jobs, etc. Please understand that it takes quite a bit of time to create these as they are assembled by hand. While quantities may increase in time, right now we want to make sure we are able to meet our deadlines and provide a quality product.

Why can I only order one game?  I want to order a copy for a friend.

We want everyone to have a chance to get a copy and therefore games are limited to one per person.  If your friend would like a copy, they will need to purchase it on their own.

Since the quantities are low, what is the best way to ensure I get a copy?

Some of our releases may sell out quickly.  There are a few things you can do to move through the checkout process quickly and smoothly.

  • Make sure you are logged in and that your information is correct and up-to-date.
  • If you want to purchase other items at the same time, make sure they are already in your cart before the game becomes available.
  • When the timer counts down to zero, you MUST reload the page for the Add to Cart button to appear.

Why was my order canceled?

Your order may have been canceled for one of the following reasons:

  • Your payment didn’t go through or you were considered a high risk of being fraudulent.
  • You made multiple orders to get around our set limit.
  • You created multiple accounts to get around our limit.

Why was I banned?

If you have been notified that you have been banned or all your orders are being canceled, it is because of one of the following reasons:

  • Creating multiple accounts.
  • Ordering more than one of the limited releases.
  • Interacting with someone from Retro Limited in a hostile manner.

Where does Retro Limited ship?

Currently we are only shipping to the US.  In the future this may expand to other countries as well.

My order was damaged in shipping.  How should I proceed?

Contact us Here, please provide pictures of the damage and provide as much detail as possible.  Your case will be reviewed and we will contact you with all possible solutions available.

Is the non-game merchandise limited?

Yes and no. Merchandise associated with a release will be available during the weekend of the release.  These are limited by time, not quantity.  Retro Limited branded merchandise will always be available.

Your FAQ sucks and didn't answer my question.  What should I do?
